• Be the administrative member on the coaching staff;
  • Attend all PMSC Team Staff meetings (Administrative)
  • Manage the team SE app and parents;
  • Ensure players/parents RSVP for events;
  • Ensure game sheet completion (as applicable);
  • Pick up uniforms and distribute to team;
  • Pass on information to parents (field location changes/ event cancellations)
  • Be available to parents for any administrative questions;
  • Pass on pertinent questions/concerns to divisional coordinator as required;
