- Be the administrative member on the coaching staff;
- Attend all PMSC Team Staff meetings (Administrative)
- Manage the team SE app and parents;
- Ensure players/parents RSVP for events;
- Ensure game sheet completion (as applicable);
- Pick up uniforms and distribute to team;
- Pass on information to parents (field location changes/ event cancellations)
- Be available to parents for any administrative questions;
- Pass on pertinent questions/concerns to divisional coordinator as required;
