We are on the lookout for dynamic Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers, and Divisional Coordinators. Get ready for an adrenaline rush as you contribute to the success of our club. Plus, we have a game-changing Mini Soccer Pilot Program for the U4-U6 and mandatory Manager positions for U8 and older teams.

If you are interested in a Team Staff (Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Manager) position, please fill out the registration below. If you are interested in a position other than Team Staff, please email admin@petawawaminorsoccer.com to let us know!

For our indoor seasons we will be needing door monitors as the school board requires us to lock the doors while we are there. Therefore we require parents to help us keep a look out for any late arrivals and letting the next groups in. 

This is also a great opportunity for high school students to collect volunteer hours.

If you are interested in helping out as a door monitor, please complete the DIBS at the link below. 

In order to sign up, you must have an active SE account with PMSC, and be logged in. Once you are logged in you will be able to see the DIBS Sessions "Door Sentry - Indoor 23/24". Click on this, then click on the date/session you'd like to sign up for under the "Item" column.  You can then select "Claim this Dib Item".

• Coaches and Managers Orientation: May 4th
• Uniform Pick Up (Managers): May 9th
• Practical Session + Equipment Pick Up (Coaches): May 11th

In order to upload coaches, assistant coaches and managers into our registration system (OSCAR), we require very specific information that may not be currently in your profiles. Please ensure to have your Police Record / Vulnerable Sector Check ready to upload as it is a requirement.

This registration will allow you to let us know you are interested in helping us.

This registration is for coaches who would like to take on a Head Coach position for one of the clubs competitive teams. It is an application. Applications received before 28 Feb will be reviewed and applicants interviewed if required.  Please include the desired age group/gender you wish to work with.  Managers, Assistant Coaches and Head Coaches for Rec or Intermediate teams should complete the volunteer registration above.
