Vacant Position Descriptions

Secretary

The Secretary shall:

  1. attend and present minutes of all PMSC meetings to the President for review prior to the next scheduled meeting and ensure that all Directors receive a copy of the previous minutes;

  2. have all/any minutes available upon request by members of the PMSC; 

  3. ensure minutes are recorded during all meetings;

  4. monitor PMSC admin email account and ensure emails are actioned by appropriate Director/Convenor/Coordinator;

  5. check PMSC P.O. mail box weekly;

  6. hold this position for a two year term and voted in at the AGM on even calendar years;

  7. holds one vote within the PMSC during Board of Director meetings and AGM; and

  8. perform any other duties as directed by the President, as deemed necessary for the good of the PMSC.
