Job Title: PMSC Administrator
Petawawa Minor Soccer Club is the largest youth sports organization in the Ottawa Valley. With four different programs and an increase in the number of teams every year, to say we are growing is an understatement. With this in mind, PMSC can no longer rely on volunteer positions to keep our Club moving and we are looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our team! This position would be contract based with the requirement to work remotely 90% of the time.
The position encompasses several different requirements such as bookkeeping, social media updates and interactions, answering or forwarding general email inquiries, taking meeting minutes at executive meetings and more.
Experience in administrative duties and bookkeeping is preferred, however some training can be provided.
This position can expect to work anywhere from 20-60 hours per month. The position will be busier in the ‘on months’ (March, April, May, June, July, August) with the expectation that more hours will be worked in those months comparatively to our ‘off months’.
