PMSC Active Start will provide players one day a week of soccer FUN! The session will consist of different activities with a focus on skill development appropriate for the age group. 

• Volunteer Coaches are appointed by PMSC
• Maximum roster size = 12 participants
• Grassroots module will be implemented for all sessions
• No scores, standings or statistics are kept (play for FUN!!!!)

PMSC is testing out a new way to structure our U3-U6 sessions. This will hopefully see a smaller need for volunteer coaches, and enabling our youth players to gain from coaching experience!

PMSC FUNdamentals will provide players a night of practice and a game night. The practice night will consist of warm-up, and different activities with a focus on skill development appropriate for the age group. Their game night will consist of playing against other PMSC U8 teams.

• Certified Mini Soccer Referees officiate game days
• Volunteer Coaches are appointed by PMSC
• Maximum roster size = 10 participants
• Game Duration = 30 minutes (2x 15-minute halves)
• Game format = 5 v 5 (including Goal Keepers)
• Participants are placed to gender specific rosters upon registration
• No scores, standings or statistics are kept (play for FUN!!!!)

Our U10 teams practice on Monday nights and play games on Wednesday nights. All U10 teams will practice together in a station approach to ensure players receive coaching from all different coaches. 

Players will undergo an evaluation prior to being rostered to ensure teams are created equally. 

• Certified Small Sided Referees officiate game days
• Volunteer Coaches are appointed by PMSC
• Maximum roster size = 15 participants
• Game Duration = 50 minutes (2x 25-minute halves)
• Game format = 7 v 7 (including Goal Keepers)
• Participants are placed to gender specific rosters upon registration
• No scores, standings or statistics are kept (play for FUN!!!!)

Our U12 teams practice on Wednesday nights (boys) and Tuesday nights (girls). Their games are on Monday nights (boys) and Thursday nights (girls).

All U12 teams will practice together in a station approach to ensure players receive coaching from all different coaches.
